Metastatic cancer to the lungs is the spread of cancer from another region of the body to the lungs. The place where cancer begins is called the primary site . For example, if breast cancer spreads to the lungs, it would be called breast cancer with metastasis (spread) to the lungs. In this case, breast cancer would be considered the “primary” cancer.

Wes is pictured here with his "First Love!" However, we know better because his "First Love!" really is his lovely wife Julie.

Two months ago Wes was diagnosed with metastatic lung cancer with two months to live. He presently is taking chemotherapy treatments and from outward appearances is doing well.

Wes is a veteran having served in the United States Army. He was, until his illness was employed by Generaly Dynamics Electric Boat Division as a designer for thirty eight years. Wes is a family man with a wife and children.

Wes' wife julie recently has undergone a very serious operation on her left leg and is incompacitated. Yet with all the adversities they help one another through the daily chores of life. A most loving and devoted couple.

Cancer as we all know is a protracted disease that quick engulfs the persons financial resources until they are depleted. Therefore as it has been in the past and into the future Bozrah 950 and WOTM 124 are committed to the community services event on July 23, 2010, at 5:30 pm. We have some great raffle prizes.
